Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form

Infoaxis accepts returns on most unopened orders for up to 30 days from our ship date. We offer a limited return policy on select items, subject to the return policies of the manufacturers we represent. All returns must come back in their original retail packaging and include all components. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the in-error party for returned items eligible for credit. If you believe that your purchase qualifies for a return, please fill out the form below. Incomplete, erroneous, or missing information may delay the processing of your request. RMA requests are typically processed within four (4) business days, Monday – Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm EST.

Note for Defective Items beyond 30 days: If your item no longer meets Infoaxis return requirements, it may still be eligible to be replaced or repaired through a manufacturer’s warranty. Please submit this form, and an account representative will reach out to you with a resolution.
